Support is async email only. Here's exactly what's included with your preflight fee, and what isn't.
How to reach us
Email [email protected]. There is no live chat and no phone line. We aim to reply within one business day, Monday through Friday. This is a target, not a guaranteed SLA at this stage.
What's included in your $79 preflight
- Platform support — upload problems, questions about your report, billing
- Factory-facing support once you order manufacturing
- One corrected rerun of the same release, once you've fixed a flagged issue
What's not included
- Design consultation — we won't tell you which component to pick
- "Review my board" requests outside the automated checks
- Debugging your circuit or firmware
- Anything listed as excluded on the Refunds page
If you want us to look at your design beyond the automated report, that’s a separate paid engagement. Ask and we’ll quote it.
